The Planning Process
Step 1 – Let's discuss your travel dreams
Book a complimentary 30 minute consultation with me virtually, in-person or choose to email your requirements directly - however you connect, you can guarantee a fast response and a promise to turn travel dreams into reality. In-person consultations are for local clients only and subject to personal availability. I will also accommodate evening and weekend appointments by request.
Step 2 – Travel Design
At Planet9 Travel our purpose is to translate individual aspirations into tailored travel experiences. We go beyond the conventional to curate journeys that resonate with the traveler's passions, interests, and preferences, ensuring that each moment feels like it was designed exclusively for them. From arranging exclusive access to iconic landmarks to securing private transportation, we are dedicated to making every step of the journey effortless and exceptional.
Step 3 – Proposal, Booking and Managing
A proposal will be drafted when every detail is perfected. Once the booking is confirmed, we will assist you with any other detail for your holiday. From securing seat numbers, to last minute dining reservations, nothing is too much trouble and your every wish is our command. We provide you with important contact numbers, keep you up to date with the latest travel advice and issue final documentation for travel, this may be electronically, via travel app or in-person hand delivered documentation.
Step 4 – Invitation to our VIP Members Club
We recognize that true luxury lies in the details. Our purpose extends beyond crafting itineraries; we offer executive-level concierge services that anticipate and fulfill every need at home and abroad. Whether it's securing last-minute reservations at exclusive restaurants, arranging VIP tickets for concerts or sourcing luxury gifts, our concierge is dedicated to enhancing your lifestyle and travel experiences. Our ultimate purpose is to foster lasting relationships with our clients. We aspire to become more than a travel company; we aim to be a trusted partner in the pursuit of extraordinary experiences from the moment you connect.
